钱思，中国人民大学管理学博士，布鲁塞尔自由大学商务经济学博士。目前已在管理科学、管理学报、Current Psychology等国内外权威期刊发表多篇论文，部分论文曾被人大复印报刊资料全文转载。论文多次被美国管理学年会（AOM）、中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)等国际国内会议录用。主要研究领域包括创业团队、员工建言行为等。

Qian Si, Ph.D. in Management from Renmin University of China, Ph.D. in Business Economics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. She has published many papers in the Journal of Management Science, Chinese Journal of Management, Current Psychology, etc., and some papers have been reprinted by the full text in the information center for social science of RUC. Her papers have also been accepted by many domestic and international high-level academic conferences, like AOM, and IACMR. Her main research interests include entrepreneurial teams, employee voice, etc.
