        Yaoyao Fu (BA, MSc, MA, PhD), born in 1983,  joined the Business School of  Beijing Technology and Business University as the Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management in 2018. She received her PhD degree in Business Studies from Durham University and MA in Human Resource Management from the same university. She also holds a MSc in Management from University of Leicester and BA from Beijing Technology and Business University. Yaoyao’s main research interests focus around human resource management and employee relations in service work.
