    On the evening of November 14, the Business Negotiation Team of Beijing Technology and Business University held the finals for the 9th "Freshman Cup" simulated business negotiation competition in the moot court.

    During the competition, the two teams represented Liaoning Guoyu Wind Power Co., Ltd. and Holland Bint Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., respectively to simulate cooperation in setting up factories. Starting from their interests, the two teams negotiated on the shareholding ratio and patent value while trying their best to maximize their interests. In the review, Teacher Zhu Zhenrong put forward suggestions on negotiation etiquette, negotiation content, and teamwork in the negotiation process. The judging panel also reminded both parties of business etiquette and teamwork. The team “Emotional Creature Do Not Pretend” of Class 182 of the Business Administration major achieved the final victory, with Chen Zhaoqi and Wu Qiqi becoming the best negotiators.

    Regardless of success or failure, all students managed to learn about business negotiation and improved their expressive as well as logical thinking ability. Overall, the students gained a lot in this competition.
