From October 19 to October 20 2019, The "2019 Academic Annual Meeting of the Audit Board of the Accounting Society of China" was held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, and was hosted by the Audit Board of the Accounting Society of China and organized by Xijing University. The annual meeting discussed new results and progress of “Audit Supervision and rRisk Prevention and Control in the New Era”.

Jointly produced by Gao Yubin, a teacher of BTBU’s Department of Accounting, and Mao Ju, a postgraduate student majoring in financial management at BTBU, the paper titled “Can the Power of a CFO Reduce Abnormal Auditing Fees?” was selected for this annual conference. Recommended by the meeting’s organizers and voted by experts in attendance, it was selected as most excellent among 24 papers by the Audit Board of the Accounting Society of China.
