From April 28 to 29, the 8th Beijing University Counselor Quality Competency Competition was held in Beijing Normal University. The competition was sponsored by the Education Working Committee of the CPC Beijing Committee and organized by Beijing University Counselor Training Base (Beijing Normal University). Teacher Zhao Jie, counselor ofBusiness School of Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU), with her wonderful performance in the basic ability test, case study, heart-to-heart talk, won the third prize in this competition.

Since the Beijing University Counselor Quality Competency Competition represents the highest level of professional ability of counselors in Beijing and also because of its wide coverage, fierce competition and huge social influence, the competition has become a touchstone for testing the quality of college students’ affairs working team.
