On the afternoon of July 28, 2022, Prof. Mao Xinshu, Dean of Business School of Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU), led a team to visit Beijing Changan Automobile Co. Ltd. to investigate the needs of enterprises and expand employment channels for graduates. A number of leaders and teachers of the Business School and representatives from China South Industries Group Corporation (CSGC), including Sun Zhigang, deputy director of the Finance Department, Kong Jian and Yu Hui, deputy directors of the Management Accounting Division, Ming Qiang, secretary and general manager of Beijing Changan Automobile Co. Ltd., and Chen Dan, manager of the Finance Department, attended the meeting.

General Manager Ming Qiang first introduced the basic situation of Beijing Changan Automobile Co. Ltd. and its base in Beijing, elaborated on the current talent demand and training path, and expressed their willingness to cooperate with the Business School on employment and internship of students.

Mao Xinshu, Dean of the Business School, extended his gratitude to Beijing Changan Automobile Co. Ltd. for their hospitality, introduced the basic information of the Business School, and looked forward to further strengthening exchanges and cooperation with Beijing Changan Automobile Co. Ltd. on talent cultivation, internship base building, and other issues to jointly promote talent cultivation.

Afterwards, the participants from both sides had an in-depth exchange and discussed more feasible solutions around future cooperation and development.

This visit to the enterprise to expand jobs and promote employment for college students will further facilitate the high level of employment of graduates from the Business School.
