On the morning of April 28th, teachers from the Business School visited Zhongguancun Life Science Park and Beijing Changping Science and Technology Park Development Co., Ltd. ("Chang Development") for a special "Visit Enterprises, Expand Opportunities, and Promote Employment" initiative. Five leaders and teachers from the Department of Business Administration participated in the event. They were received by Liu Yang, the First-grade Director-level Official of the Zhongguancun Life Science Park Management Committee, Ai Jiang, the Director of Human Resources at Beijing Changping Science and Technology Park Development Co., Ltd., Gao Wei, Assistant to the General Manager of Beijing Zhongguancun Life Science Park Development Co., Ltd., and Zhang Jin, Director of the Human Resources Department.

Led by Ma Na, the Deputy General Manager of Operations, the Business School delegation visited the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Center of Zhongguancun Life Science Park and watched a promotional video about the park. They learned about the park's development history, overall positioning, development plans, and core advantages.

During the research visit, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as serving the capital's functional positioning, improving the innovation chain, cooperation in talent development, and co-establishment of internship bases. This activity holds significant importance for deepening the cooperation between the university and enterprises, promoting talent development, and advancing the integration of business and technology.
