From November 24 to 25, four undergraduates majoring in Human Resource Management of the Business School, were guided by two teachers, Qiu Yong and Wang Changbin, as they participated in the third HRU. Organized by China University of Labor Relations, it is also called the Cross-Strait College Student Human Resource Skills Competition. Teams from 26 colleges and universities registered for the competition.

The entire competition lasted two days. Under the careful guidance of two teachers, the four students from the Business School, prepared seriously and devoted themselves to the competition. They achieved great academic feat with Wang Zhizhou wining the first prize for "Case Study", Li Yifei wining the third prize for "Leaderless Group Discussion", and the BTBU team wining the "Collective Third Prize".
