On the morning of April 27th, the Business School conducted a research and exchange visit to Renmin University’s School of Business. Several leaders and faculty members from our School participated in the research activities. Xuan Tianying, Secretary of the Party Committee of Renmin University’s School of Business, and others welcomed our delegation.

During the visit, Zhang Chunping and Mao Xinshu introduced the background of this research visit, the major achievements our Schol has made in recent years, and our efforts in promoting the digital transformation of business education. They also reviewed the collaboration between the two Schools in terms of disciplinary development and business education talent cultivation and discussed ideas on future cooperation.

Song Hua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Renmin University’s School of Business, Deng Ziliang, Vice Dean, and Huang Wei, Director of the Alumni Office, shared their experiences and achievements in various aspects, including the digital transformation of the School, graduate education management models, distinctive programs, and cross-disciplinary talent cultivation. They also discussed the activities of the alumni association.

Subsequently, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as talent cultivation in the digital transformation of business education, specialization after enrollment in large platforms, the construction of business case libraries, the role of external mentors, and project-based alumni activities.
