Professor Mao Xinshu, Dean of Business School, went to the Management Committee of Beijing Business Center for an investigation and discussion. Professor Wang Nan, Associate Dean of Business School Professor Liu Wengang of the Department of Marketing and Associate Professor Wang Yong, Head of the Department of Marketing, participated in the investigation and discussion on March 25th, 2022.

Niu Hailong, Executive Deputy Director of Beijing CBD Management Committee, introduced the development history and future planning of Beijing CBD. He pointed out that Beijing CBD is the first business center approved by the State Council in 1993, one of the capital's high-end industrial functional areas and the core area of the two-area construction of Beijing Comprehensive Demonstration Zone for the Expansion and Opening of Service Industry and Beijing Pilot Free Trade Zone. Beijing CBD has attracted more than 100 headquarters of Fortune 500 companies, with an annual output value of 2 trillion yuan. In the future, Beijing CBD will focus on strengthening management system design, digital economy transformation and CBD business district construction. Ying Zhou, Director of Planning Department of Beijing CBD Management Committee, further introduced the construction of business district in Beijing CBD.

Professor Mao Xinshu, Dean of the Business School, introduced the teaching and scientific research situation of the Business School of Beijing Technology and Business University and pointed out that the Business School will focus on the research projects of Beijing's economic construction in the future.

The two parties agreed that they will carry out strategic cooperation in areas such as the construction of international consumption center cities, CBD business district, and the consumption big data in the future.
