From October 30-31, 2021, the 7th HRU (Human Resource · University Unit You) (Northern Regional Competition) was held online. Under the guidance of advisors Liu Beini and Qian Si, the Business School team won the first prize of the 7th HRU in the Northern Division and advanced to the national finals.

This regional competition lasted two days. After fierce competition, Zhao Fangzhou won the individual special prize in the discussion session without leading group; Feng Chang, Jia Xianhan, and Yan Yuhong won the individual first prize in workplace actual competition, case analysis, and human resources practice design respectively. Meanwhile, BTBU won the AAA class (first prize) of the northern division group, which set a new record for the best achievement of our school team in the past six years.
