On the evening of November 16,Business School held an online teaching seminar on "Shaping the High-level Learning Experience of HRM Curriculum System"and invited Professor Zhu Fei from the Business School of Central University of Finance and Economics to share his insights. The teaching seminar was hosted by Qiu Yong, Deputy director of the Department of Business Administration and director of the Department of Human Resources Management. More than 20 teachers and students from the Department of Business Administration participated in the teaching exchange.
The teaching discussion focused on human resource management teaching, teaching practice and digital transformation of business. Combining with the teaching challenges and intractable problems of HRM curriculum system under the background of new liberal arts, Professor Zhu Fei pointed out the existing problems in teaching, and expounded the basic concepts of teaching design according to the logical conception of "learning experience, high-level learning effect and first-class talent training". Combining the teaching practice of Human Resource Management course, Professor Zhu Fei introduced the "1234 Innovative practice" method based on "learning experience", which included a set of experiential teaching methods of constructivism, two teaching modes of integrated application of online and offline teaching mode and co-creation classroom design, three types of learning experience basis and four classroom elements. The resulting structured learning experience is helpful for students to achieve higher learning results and for colleges to achieve the goal of talent training.
At the end of the seminar, Professor Zhu Fei gave feedback on the specific teaching problems raised by the participating teachers and had in-depth communication with them. This activity deepened the participating teachers' understanding of the construction of the human resources curriculum system, enriched the ways and methods of teachers' teaching practice, and played a good role in promoting the solid improvement of classroom teaching and talent training quality.
